Meaningful Directions Group Program

What is it?

The Meaningful Directions Group Program is aimed at women, and is an evidence-based program, consisting of 4 sessions held over 4 consecutive weeks, with each session running for 2hrs. These programs run either face-to-face or online. You can choose which you would prefer.

 

What is the aim?

This program relies on the power that the shared experience and connectedness can bring when in a group, as well as our own expertise and experience in psychology based therapies. Utilising concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this program is aimed at helping you learn to live a rich, full and meaningful life. 

How will it help?

This is an experiential program helping you to:

  • uncover and learn how to align with your heart's deepest desires

  • learn and practice how to manage those barriers that often get in the way, such as, unhelpful thoughts and unwanted emotions

  • understand and experience how to access the compassionate self and true self

  • develop a plan to take steps in a meaningful direction.

Who runs it?

Sally (clinical psychologist) and Pam (occupational therapist) will both run these sessions together live each week.
