These audio tracks offer a variety of techniques designed to help you with difficult thoughts, feelings, emotions, or memories that you might be experiencing and struggling with.

They range in time, from 1min to no longer than 10 minutes.

 

The great thing with these exercises is you can practice them any time and anywhere;

you don’t have to wait until you're struggling to use them.  And by practicing them during those times when you're not struggling, you’re more likely to remember to do them when you really need them. 

Please note: these are not distraction techniques.  These exercises involve you turning towards what is here in the present moment, with openness and curiosity.
