Workshop Bookings

This 1-day workshop is aimed at women and designed to help you learn how to lead a rich, full and meaningful life, based on an evidence-based approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

You will learn how to follow your hearts deepest desires, understand how to access your compassionate and true self, and learn how to manage barriers, such unhelpful thoughts and unwanted emotions, that get in the way of you leading the life that you want. 

This is an experiential workshop where you will learn and practice various techniques on how to handle life's challenges, including mindfulness-based practices amongst many others, and you will be able to start applying these straight away!
